Cabernet Franc

Tasting Notes

Ruby red with purple tinges intense, fresh and young scents of violet and red fruits with a typical grassy scent. Slight notes of green pepper. Full-bodied, velvety and spicy. It’s distinctive herbaceous fragrance and its full and elegant flavor with slight smoked notes make the cabernet franc from from Friuli area particularly appreciated in the world.

Perfect with roasted red or white meat, stew and mature cheese.

Pinot Grigio

Elegant hints of tannin and a pinkcopper color of ancient charm. The mild smoky emphasizes a delicate bouquet of white peach, pear and apricot. Fine and elegant, with a pleasant and persistent taste. Excellent with pasta dishes and fish dishes also structured and spicy, as well with shellfish and seafood appetizers.

Rosè Trevenezie IGT

Carmen

An intense rosé color with coral reflections, a blend of Merlot and Refosco grapes. Wrap-fruity scents of delicate red berries, cherries and raspberries notes. Slightly floral, soft, elegant and persistent. Perfect with light appetizers, raw or gently cooked fish and fresh cheese.
