Trevenezie IGT

Chardonnay

Tasting Notes

Yellow straw colour. Flowery, fine, persistent, its minerality recalls to the terroir. Recollections of cantaloupe, citrus fruits and apple-pie. Harmonic, fresh, with a marked minerality and hints of acacia honey.

Food pairings

Excellent with light first courses, risotto, white meats and hoven-baked fish.

Vinification

white wine vinification with soft pressure; fermentation at controlled temperature of 16°C to enhance its characteristics. Complete malolactic fermentation.

Serving

best served at temperature of 10-12°C.

Elegant and airy, lunar white, with seductive floral scents. It finishes in delicate pear and yellow apple flavors. To the palate a pleasant and long sip, with light spicy hints. Perfect with light starters and fish first courses.

Pinot Grigio

Elegant hints of tannin and a pinkcopper color of ancient charm. The mild smoky emphasizes a delicate bouquet of white peach, pear and apricot. Fine and elegant, with a pleasant and persistent taste. Excellent with pasta dishes and fish dishes also structured and spicy, as well with shellfish and seafood appetizers.

Rosè Trevenezie IGT

Carmen

An intense rosé color with coral reflections, a blend of Merlot and Refosco grapes. Wrap-fruity scents of delicate red berries, cherries and raspberries notes. Slightly floral, soft, elegant and persistent. Perfect with light appetizers, raw or gently cooked fish and fresh cheese.

Merlot

Ruby red color with violet hues and elegant notes of delicate berries. Medium bodied, balanced, with velvety notes, the taste is full, fruity with good freshness and softness. Excellent with grilled meats, vegetable stews, pasta with mushrooms, cheese and Italian starters.

Deep and spicy with grassy hints, violet and red berry aromas. Rich and powerful in velvety tannins with cardinal purple dress. It goes well with white and red meats, cold cuts and aged cheese.

Rigole Rosso

Mature and elegant red with hints of concentrated blackberry and plum, a harmonic blend of a velvety Merlot and a robust Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso. Finishes in enveloping recollections of dark chocolate. A perfect marriage with lamb ribs, red radicchio dishes, roasts and tasty cheese.
