Tasting Notes

Strow yellow colour with greenish tinges. Traditional and intense fruity aroma with delicate scents of white blossoms, hints of apple and apricot. Full-flavoured and well balanced with a lasting finish.

Food pairings

An all-rounder wine particulary suited to first courses, oven baked fish and medium matured cheese.


Grape variety

Pinot Bianco


50% of the grapes undergo softly pressed and 50% with 10 hours of cryomaceration; fermentation at constant temperature of 16°-18°C and then complete malolactic fermentation.


best served at 10-12°C.

Pinot Grigio

Elegant hints of tannin and a pinkcopper color of ancient charm. The mild smoky emphasizes a delicate bouquet of white peach, pear and apricot. Fine and elegant, with a pleasant and persistent taste. Excellent with pasta dishes and fish dishes also structured and spicy, as well with shellfish and seafood appetizers.

Ruby red color with violet hues and elegant notes of delicate berries. Medium bodied, balanced, with velvety notes, the taste is full, fruity with good freshness and softness. Excellent with grilled meats, vegetable stews, pasta with mushrooms, cheese and Italian starters.

Deep and spicy with grassy hints, violet and red berry aromas. Rich and powerful in velvety tannins with cardinal purple dress. It goes well with white and red meats, cold cuts and aged cheese.

Mature and elegant red with hints of concentrated blackberry and plum, a harmonic blend of a velvety Merlot and a robust Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso. Finishes in enveloping recollections of dark chocolate. A perfect marriage with lamb ribs, red radicchio dishes, roasts and tasty cheese.
