Straw light yellow with greenish highlights. Slight hints of bread crust, delicate notes of apricot and white flowers. Enveloping, full flavored and dry, perfect for delicate palates.

the first fermentation is carried out at controlled temperature of 16°-18°C. Sparkling process by Charmat method, 6 months long performance “sur lie”, and slow fermentation.
